about

Our Bakery

The IZOLA team  is deeply committed to creating delight and fellowship for our customers. Hot-from-the-oven small-batch croissants and wild sourdough.

We're doing things differently – baking the whole time we're open, organic ingredients whenever possible, respect for all.

Is it harder? Oh yeah! We do it to create experiences like this:

Everything about this experience was amazing. First, ordering on the website couldn't have been easier and the pictures and descriptions didn't disappoint. 2nd, walking into the most adorable space was so fun. 3rd, the staff was so kind and welcoming and everything was waiting and ready for us. 4th, the croissants were amazing and as good as France!!!!!

I have been craving everything since we went. Can't wait to go back. I need to try the vanilla knots and the new flavor of the ugly bit!

Where are we

Today?

Thank you, friends of IZOLA. We are grateful for all your good-natured support and fellowship. It's been a wild ride as we've worked to make loaves of wild sourdough and croissants for everyone who wants one.

We're now open in our new space at 1429 Island Avenue in the East Village of San Diego.

We continue to deepen our commitment to organic ingredients, improve our order fulfillment workflow, and create additional baking capacity. All guided by our North Star: delightful experiences and fellowship for you.

I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you, hearing the crunch of crispy croissants, seeing the smiles.
