While we have raised $1.6M to help propel our mission of growth, jobs and justice, it's still not enough. To build a zero emission dough factory in an underinvested San Diego community is a capital intensive project. We are making intentional decisions that maximize the return to all stakeholders (guests, team members, community, government) for decades to come. By investing in efficiencies like automation (while INCREASING the quality of our croissants and sourdough) and purpose-built spaces we'll make it easier for our guests to pop by for a hot-from-the-oven croissant, and be able to pay our teams higher wages.
