96 layers...Normandy goodness

IZOLA

THE IZOLA CLASSIC

You can't go wrong with the classic IZOLA Butter Croissant. For the days you're craving something sweet, just add a dab of butter and some preserves. On other days they are unctuous and delightful on their own with the luxuriousness of French butter and Maldon sea salt giving every bite a little pop.

Our Dojo team takes 4 days to create our handcrafted croissants. The team layers butter from Normandy with our croissant dough to finish with 96 individual layers of butter that when proofed, then baked, expand to create a honeycomb texture that is an architectural marvel in and of itself.

Have a pre-order? Can't find a parking spot? No problem. Double park downstairs and call us at (619) 289-8358, we'll run your order down to you. We call it IZOLA DRIVE-BY.

IZOLA MUSIC SATURDAY

Every Saturday IZOLA hosts live music - come see how diverse and talented our San Diego community is! Here are just a few of the performers who will be by...

IAN MCNAIR

Sat 8-9a

From classical piano and choir roots, to more recently playing folk covers at local venues and in the San Diego open mic circuit, Ian is now working on releasing his own music and collaborating with local artists on original work. His music is influenced by soulful 70s ballads, his past relationships, self-help books, and the color orange.

FORD ANGELINA

Four guys who moved to San Diego in search of good waves and making epic music. Our style is a fusion of mellow rock and an eclectic taste of varying genres mashed into one cohesive sound. Enjoy the experience, we know we will.

JULIE SEELY
