It Takes a Village

IT TAKES A VILLAGE

Whew! The past few weeks at IZOLA have been nothing short of electric.

First came the launch of our S’Mores Croissant — complete with housemade Valrhona chocolate marshmallows, graham cracker crunch, and a tableside roast. Watching guests lean in as the marshmallow flames, then seeing their eyes widen at that first ooey-gooey bite? Pure joy. So. Much. Fun.

Then, just last week, we rolled out our new extended hours — now open until 5pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Sounds simple, right? Not so much. Serving everything hot from the oven means every department had to step up:

Shifts shifted, new ones added.

Bake schedules expanded.

Inventory flow adjusted.

Front of House learned a whole new, complex plating for our Farmstead Board.

And they pulled it off beautifully.

So here’s a heartfelt thank you — and a standing ovation — for the entire IZOLA team. They are, without a doubt, the hardest-working crew in town. Day after day, they raise the bar, creating a space where community is nurtured and fellowship shines.

✨ New Hours:

Mon - Thur 7a-2p

Every Fri – Sun 7a-5p

More time for savoring, lingering, connecting...

Bring a friend. Bring your appetite for joy. Come for the croissant, stay for The Farmstead Board (available Fri-Sun, 12-5p), sip something sparkling, and let the afternoon stretch out.

PS - If you'd like to join our elite Front of House team, we now have positions open to support our extended, later hours. Apply now!
