Our Morning Bun is crafted from our 4-day process croissant dough, made with butter from Normandy, organic milk and flour milled in Utah. We fill it with sugar, cinnamon and fresh zest heirloom oranges. The hand-zested orange gives it brightness and lightly perfumed notes. Finished with a dusting of organic sugar.
