Our Wassail is back for the holiday season! Our housemade Wassail fills the bakery with all the best smells of the season. We simmer apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberries with apple, star anise, cinnamon, and winter spices until it’s bright, comforting, and just a little festive. Served hot — perfect alongside a croissant hot from the oven.
If you'd like to try a sample, just ask any team member. And the first glass is on us...IF you sing the Wassail Song along with us!
