Time to Gather

GATHER
Last weekend Jenny and I gathered with her family for dim sum. There are so many things that I enjoy about dim sum, but what tops the list for me is the fellowship - where you gather around a big table surrounded by family and friends and share in the same meal together. Everyone gets to order their favorite dishes, we all partake in a little of this and a little of that and maybe discover some new faves. It's the type of experience that I hope our guests at IZOLA get to experience. Whether you're breaking bread over a Sourdough Bread Plate - your pick of 3 different sourdough flavors, accompanied with Maldon sea salt and cherry preserves; or splitting a croissant and Tahitian Vanilla Knot together - making the time to gather is what matters most.
And maybe I can put a little challenge out there to our IZOLA community....on your next visit, give our Community Table a try! Guaranteed you'll get to meet someone interesting or fun or all of the above. 😉

WHAT WE'RE DOING THIS WEEKEND
We are so lucky here in San Diego for so many reasons....and the Rady Shell is definitely a place that helps make San Diego special. If you haven't been yet, it's a venue that takes full advantage of our beautiful San Diego weather and celebrates the arts and culture in a way that is uniquely San Diego
We're super stoked that we'll get to enjoy a show there this Friday with our entire team. Thank you to The Rady Shell for all that you do to support the local community - we can't wait for our team to experience Shaggy joining forces with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra!
The Rady Shell's summer calendar is filled with some neat events, like a Prince: Purple Rain night, Jenny's wanting to relive her teen years by going to the Boyz II Men concert, and I've gotta admit I loved the Barbie movie so am kind of intrigued by the Barbie the Movie: In Concert event....
