The team keeps hitting home runs! We just completed a powerful week of testing. Not only are the bakes beautiful, but they satisfy our love of different textures while hitting umami, sweet, and salty notes. Jenny and I have also been having some pretty amazing Sunday morning breakfasts together using some of the newest savory croissants our team has been developing - like a carnitas breakfast sandwich and our bibimbap croissant topped with a fried egg and sriracha...

In the short time that Lane has been with IZOLA, her unwavering dedication to the IZOLA mission has been nothing short of inspiring. Lane has played a pivotal role in fostering a stronger IZOLA culture through her passion and active contribution.
